Upgrade process management is provided usually as part of our fixed fee ‘Minder’ service but can be contracted separately.
We co-ordinate the timing and deilvery of your upgrade process which is as follows:
Generally we can complete the entire process above in 2-3 weeks from start to finish, whilst ensuring that there will be no failings in critical processes post upgrade.
The purpose of the Minder Service is to bridge the gap between users of COINS and the COINS Support desk. We do this by managing and administering the COINS system on your behalf meaning that you do not need to develop knowledge and expertise in areas that are not often used by you or require a degree of technical expertise which you may find difficult to develop or retain.

We are proud to be an ongoing supporter of the PIP Mountain Bike Challenge held each year for the charity, PIP, extending independence and choice to people with learning disabilities.
Whether you’re a keen cyclist looking for a new challenge or just looking for a fantastic day out, The PIP Mountain Bike Challenge is for everyone.
Last year, the team of 88 riders raised an amazing £32,000.
This years event will be held from Lovibonds Brewery on Saturday 15th October 2016.
