Information Systems Consultant

As an Information Systems Consultant you will be providing expert advice and support to customers who wish to implement COINS software or upgrade their existing COINS system.

A successful Information Systems Consultant will have prior exposure to ERP systems and will have previously worked as part of an implementation project or in a business consultancy capacity.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience of liaising with contacts at varying levels of seniority
  • Hold a full driving licence – you will need to be prepared for regular UK based travel.

Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator you will be supporting the Senior Project Manager, Consultants and Customers throughout project life cycles. You will be highly organised and possess exceptional communication skills.

  • Experience in liaising with customers, account and project managers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident on telephone

System Upgrade Services

Upgrade process management is provided usually as part of our fixed fee ‘Minder’ service but can be contracted separately.

We co-ordinate the timing and deilvery of your upgrade process which is as follows:

  1. Advising on the optimum version of COINS to run
  2. Agreeing a Regression test schedule with you
  3. Scheduling with COINS the test and LIVE upgrades
  4. Overseeing the upgrade of ‘copy of’ LIVE
  5. Conducting Regression tests on your behalf and liaising with COINS on problem resolution
  6. Test completion confirmation with COINS
  7. Overseeing the LIVE upgrade
  8. Fast response support for post-upgrade issues.

Generally we can complete the entire process above in 2-3 weeks from start to finish, whilst ensuring that there will be no failings in critical processes post upgrade.

Minder services

The purpose of the Minder Service is to bridge the gap between users of COINS and the COINS Support desk.  We do this by managing and administering the COINS system on your behalf meaning that you do not need to develop knowledge and expertise in areas that are not often used by you or require a degree of technical expertise which you may find difficult to develop or retain.

The service covers:

  • Administration of users, modules, companies and environments
  • Assistance with upgrades including liaison with COINS, full QA testing and sign off
  • Service packs and fix deployment
  • Support from Henley Information Systems – log your queries on our Ticketing System for prompt turnaround and track call progress
  • Logging and progressing tickets with COINS tech. on your behalf
  • Form changes – aesthetic changes to existing printed documents
    (orders, invoices, certificates, remittances).

PIP - Pursuing Independent Paths Mountain Bike Challenge

We are proud to be an ongoing supporter of the PIP Mountain Bike Challenge held each year for the charity, PIP, extending independence and choice to people with learning disabilities.

Whether you’re a keen cyclist looking for a new challenge or just looking for a fantastic day out, The PIP Mountain Bike Challenge is for everyone.

Last year, the team of  88 riders raised an amazing £32,000.

This years event was held from Lovibonds Brewery on Saturday 15th October and attracted a record
number of riders including 3 from Henley Information Systems - Emma, Jo and Tara.
